Cipher Mining signs 10-year HPC hosting agreement with Fluidstack, backed by Google guarantee, stock price surges over 17.22%
Foresight News reported that cryptocurrency miner Cipher Mining has announced a 10-year HPC hosting partnership with AI cloud platform Fluidstack, involving potential revenues of several billions of dollars, with partial financial support provided by a certain exchange. The exchange will provide $333 million in "guarantee support" for part of Fluidstack's lease obligations to assist with project financing-related debt. Possibly influenced by this news, Cipher Mining (CIFR.US) shares rose sharply, up more than 17.22% to $17.138 at the time of writing.
