Bitwise CIO predicts crypto market will grow 10 to 20 times in the next decade

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan stated that with the growing adoption of bitcoin, stablecoins, and asset tokenization, the crypto market is expected to grow 10 to 20 times over the next decade. He cited SEC Chairman Paul Atkins' view that the entire US stock market will be on-chain within a few years.

Currently, the total value of US stocks is about $68 trillion, while on-chain stocks are only around $670 million, indicating that the transformation is still in its early stages. Hougan emphasized that he does not bet on a single public chain, but prefers to hold crypto market index funds to mitigate risks.
