US CFTC withdraws 2020 digital asset "actual delivery" guidance
Foresight News reported that Caroline Pham, Acting Chair of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), has withdrawn the 2020 guidance related to the "actual delivery" of digital assets.
