Foresight News reported that ETHZilla officially announced the sale of 24,291 ETH, raising approximately $74.5 million. The company plans to use all or most of the proceeds to redeem its senior secured convertible notes. The redemption will be completed on December 24 and 30. At the same time, ETHZilla stated that it will discontinue the mNAV dashboard on its official website and instead focus on revenue and cash flow growth from its RWA tokenization business. However, it promises to continue providing balance sheet updates and major changes in ETH holdings through SEC filings and social media.
