iPower secures $30 million financing agreement and launches crypto treasury strategy
BlockBeats News, December 23, according to Globenewswire, US-listed company iPower (IPW) announced that it has reached a $30 million convertible note financing agreement to launch its Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) strategy. Of the initial committed $9 million in funds, approximately $4.4 million is expected to be used to purchase bitcoin and ethereum.
