How To Set Up Your Corporate Account?
Step 1: Start your corporate deposit setup
1. On the top menu, click Buy crypto and select Bank deposit from the dropdown.
2. Select EUR as the currency and click Next.
3. Fill in your company’s required information.
4. Check I agree to the Fiat Business Authorization Agreement and click Submit.
Step 2: Wait for account creation
1. A prompt will appear showing your account is being created.
2. Once complete, you’ll see a list of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
3. Anyone holding more than 25% ownership must complete UBO verification.
4. If your country is not supported for KYB, you’ll receive a prompt stating: "The country is not supported."
How to Complete Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for Deposits and Withdrawals?
Step 1: Complete secure verification
1. If your withdrawal fails due to security reasons, complete Secure verification.
2. Submit the additional required documents.
3. Review will take up to 2 working days.
Step 2: Upload supplementary materials
1. Your account status will display as under review. Click Keep waiting.
2. Upload Supplementary Material Level 2 and click Confirm.
3. Click Confirm again to finalize submission.
4. Once approved, a prompt will notify you.
5. If the order fails due to EDD, you can opt to receive an immediate refund.

For institutional accounts, deposits and withdrawals in EUR are charged a 0.35% fee each. The limits are €10 minimum, up to €200,000 per transaction, and €400,000 per day. Please note that a €2 fee applies for refunds.
