Important notice regarding service suspension for French users

Bitget is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. As part of our ongoing compliance efforts following the implementation of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation ("MiCA"), we regret to inform you that Bitget will discontinue all services for residents of France and the French Overseas Territories (hereinafter referred to as "French Users"), effective March 31, 2026 (UTC+2).
As separately announced, Bitget will no longer accept new account signups from French users starting January 16, 2026.
The service suspension will apply to all French users, regardless of their account signup date, and will cover all Bitget products and features, including but not limited to Quick Buy, P2P, all spot products, all derivatives products, copy trading, and all Earn products.
We kindly request that you withdraw all assets before March 31, 2026 (UTC+2). Please rest assured that all assets currently held with Bitget remain secure, and we will endeavor to ensure a smooth transition during this period.
Bitget looks forward to serving French users again on its fully compliant EU platform following the completion of Bitget's MiCA authorization process and passporting of the MiCA license. Further details will be announced in due course, subject to the receipt of all applicable approvals.
Schedule of service suspension:
Phase 1
Effective March 16, 2026, Bitget will cease accepting new orders from French Users. Existing orders will continue to be processed and settled. Please close all open positions and begin withdrawing your crypto-assets. Deposits will no longer be accepted.
Phase 2
From March 31, 2026, all open positions established before March 16, 2026 will be liquidated, and all pending orders will be canceled. We strongly recommend completing all crypto-asset withdrawals by March 31, 2026.
Phase 3
After March 31, 2026, French User accounts will enter a restricted status, with all trading functions disabled. Any unwithdrawn crypto-assets with a value exceeding 10 USDC will be securely transferred to an authorized third-party platform ("Third Party Platform"). You may create an account on the Third Party Platform at any time; however, assets will only be transferred after March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM (UTC+2). From April 1, 2026, you will be able to access your crypto-assets via this platform. Detailed instructions will be provided separately.
