Progress in Japan-US Trade Talks to Be Discussed Again Before G7 Summit
The Japanese government stated that Japan's tariff negotiator, Akazawa Ryo, held a 130-minute meeting with U.S. Treasury Secretary Besent and U.S. Commerce Secretary Lutnik. Japan's tariff negotiator, Akazawa Ryo, strongly urged the U.S. to reconsider its tariff measures.
